Naked Mail Swap

For everyone who has been asking, a naked mail swap is a swap where you have a clear bottle or container and fill it all kinds of goodies, items that your secret sister wants. And you mail it in the clear bottle or container. Its alot of fun. The post office people look at you kinda funny when you take your package in to mail but it makes for good conversation.

Big News!!!!

Ok, so I have some really big news to share with everyone! I have been accepted to be on a design team! Yeah for me (sorry but I had to toot my own horn for a second)!! I have never been on a design team before so this super exciting for me! I don't want to say for who I will be designing for yet because she hasn't made the announcement yet, but once she does I will post it (tomorrow)!

This was the best news that I got today besides my naked mail swap coming in the mail so I had two great things happen in one day, that's just amazing for me since I was having a crappy day to begin with!

This is a wooden tissue box holder I made, I covered it in DSP from SU and used all SU stamps! I painted the top of the box to match the pink paper! I got the tissue box from Michaels.

Hi everyone~

Well I didn't fall off othe earth again, lol.... We had the flu hit our house and well we are just now getting back on our feet. Let me tell you first hand this is not something that you want, I don't think I had a 103 fever since I was in school and I never want it again. Okay well enough about that.

The above pictures are a card that I made for Valentines Day, for a challenge for The Rubber Bombshells a blogging group that I am in on SCS. The challenge was to make a valentines card that did not contain any traditional valentine colors so here is what I came up with. And yes I know the pictures suck, (I took them with my blackberry) I just didn't feel like getting the camera out and using it. Just call me lazy today, lol....

I will probably give this to my dad to give to my mom for valentines day.

And yes I will try and get better pictures up!
